Improvements Adding customers info

1) India should be added as default location while adding customer address and location for Indian user or Base country. And city and state location should be automatically added when pincode is input. 2) (same as billing) CLICK BOX should be at bottom of Billing address as once we input billing then we can click it as it dont work if we click before
